We had a great weekend at the Full Moon Farm Aloha Horse Trials!

Adara and I brought home the win in the Training/Novice division, we have spent the spring filling in some holes and I feel like the homework has paid off. She headed out on course with her ears pricked, looking for the flags, and gave me that same confident, game-on feeling that I get from her at home. It's been incredibly rewarding to see her become more consistent from schooling to competition!
Kyra Caffrey and her own Excel Star Wildwood also had a great weekend, finishing inside the top ten in the Open Novice at their first recognized novice. This partnership has been putting in a lot of work at home, and it's been rewarding to watch that effort translate into confident rides away from the farm
A huge thank you to the organizers and volunteers for another wonderful event. Full Moon is one of my favorite events, and the new modified course looked fantastic. Looking forward to being back there soon!
