Look's Don't Lie ("Lilly") 2018 Bay Thoroughbred Mare
by Jimmy Creed out of A Gal Named Slew (Johannesburg) Lilly has successfully competed through Novice eventing and the 0.90m jumpers, with plenty of scope to continue moving up the levels. Brave and genuine, she is incredibly confident to ditches, banks, and water, making cross-country one of her strengths.She took her amateur owner to the 2024 American Eventing Championships with a clear cross-country round, and her recent dressage scores have consistently been in the low 30s. Lily has also recently been out to some jumper shows, and found success in the jumper ring! This mare could easily be a multi-discipline horse for her next rider.
Lilly is a sensitive, quality mare who would be best suited for a capable Young Rider or Amateur looking for a competitive partner to continue eventing or move into the jumper ring. She has all the pieces to be a fun, rewarding horse for someone who wants to develop a horse up the levels.
